Dear Churches and Friends, March April 2021
From time to time we do activities with an ex-ranger from the US marines. He has a medical ministry in Myanmar, formerly known as Burma. Our church was able to give his team 20 boxes of John and Romans in three different dialects for the indigenous peoples living in Myanmar. Bible Baptist Church has a small part in helping distribute Bibles, John and Romans, and tracts to the peoples of Thailand and Myanmar. Right now, Myanmar is currently experiencing a terrible civil war. Their troubles are much greater than revealed on the news. There is also some unrest in Thailand, but not experiencing the violence as seen in Myanmar.
Our group visited a village church in a nearby province. One of the men there named Sura, now the church leader, has attended our church for Bible studies on many occasions. Our church went to give food, Bibles, and tracts to the church there. While there we had two Bible studies. I taught one lesson and one of our men taught another lesson. It is a great opportunity for our men to teach and preach. In addition, a young 12 year old named ChomePu,has been attending our church for about three months.During a Wednesday night prayer meeting, she inquired about salvation, and received Jesus Christ as her Saviour. She is already witnessing to her parents; both of whom are not Christians.
Together for His service
